Lead Supply Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 03/11/2025These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the agreement between Leads For Trade (“the Supplier”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and the purchasing business (“the Client”, “you”, “your”) regarding the supply of sales leads (“Leads”). By purchasing or receiving Leads from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

‍1. Supply of Leads

‍1.1. We generate and supply Leads through our own marketing activities, including online forms, advertisements, and other digital campaigns.
1.2. Each Lead includes contact details voluntarily submitted by a consumer who has expressed interest in a product or service relevant to your business.
1.3. We make no guarantee that a Lead will result in a sale or any specific business outcome.

‍2. Use of Leads
‍2.1. You agree to use Leads solely for legitimate business purposes related to your own goods or services.
2.2. You must comply with all applicable privacy, spam, and data protection laws when contacting any Lead.
2.3. You must not share, resell, or distribute Leads to any third party without our prior written consent.

‍3. Pricing and Payment
‍3.1. Lead prices and billing arrangements will be set out in writing or by invoice at the time of purchase.
3.2. Payment is due as stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate supply if payment is not received by the due date.

‍4. Refunds and Replacements
‍4.1. Refunds are not available, except in the case of invalid contact information as defined below.
4.2. A Lead will be considered invalid if:
  a. The email address is non-functional (e.g., permanently bounces), or
  b. The phone number is disconnected or non-existent.
4.3. Claims for invalid Leads must be made within 14 days of delivery.
4.4. Where a claim is accepted, we may provide a replacement Lead or credit at our discretion.
4.5. We do not provide refunds or credits for Leads where the consumer:
  a. Does not respond,
  b. Is not interested, or
  c. Has already purchased elsewhere.

‍5. Limitation of Liability
‍5.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for loss of profits, revenue, or any indirect or consequential loss.
5.2. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the Leads in question.

‍6. Data Protection
‍6.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
6.2. You agree to process any Lead data in a lawful and compliant manner.

‍7. Termination
‍7.1. Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice if the other party materially breaches these Terms.
7.2. Clauses relating to payment, refunds, liability, and data protection shall survive termination.

‍8. General
‍8.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us.
8.2. Any changes or variations must be in writing and agreed by both parties.
8.3. This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
