Refunds & Replacements Policy

At LeadsForTrade, we aim to provide high-quality, exclusive leads to our approved suppliers. To ensure fairness and transparency, this policy outlines the conditions under which a refund, replacement, or credit may be issued.

1. General Principles
1.1. All Leads are sold on an exclusive, first-come, first-served basis.
1.2. Refunds are only available in limited circumstances where the Lead is proven to contain invalid or non-functional contact information.
1.3. Your purchase of a Lead confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy and Supplier Terms.

2. What Is Considered an Invalid Lead?
A Lead is considered invalid if it meets any of the following criteria:
2.1. Invalid Phone Number
The number is disconnected, out of service, or non-existent.
2.2. Invalid Email Address
The email address permanently bounces or cannot receive messages (as determined via automated validation).
If a Lead fails either of these essential contact checks, it may qualify for a refund or replacement.

3. What Is Not Considered Invalid
Refunds or credits are not issued for the following reasons:
3.1. The Lead does not respond to calls, texts, or emails.
3.2. The Lead is not interested in a quote or no longer wishes to proceed.
3.3. The Lead has purchased elsewhere before you contacted them.
3.4. The customer changes their mind or cannot proceed at this time.
3.5. The customer selected the wrong service or misjudged their requirements.
3.6. You were unable to contact the Lead due to your own availability or delays in follow-up.
These scenarios fall within normal consumer behaviour and do not indicate an invalid lead.

4. Submitting a Refund Claim
4.1. All refund or replacement requests must be submitted through our Refund Request Form.
4.2. Claims must be made within 7 days of lead delivery.
4.3. You must provide accurate information and evidence where required (e.g., screenshots, bounce notifications).
4.4. LeadsForTrade may contact the consumer or conduct independent validation checks as part of the review.

5. Outcomes of a Refund Request
Upon reviewing your claim, one of the following outcomes will apply:
5.1. Approved (Invalid Lead Confirmed)
If the Lead is verified as invalid, we may issue:
A credit,
A replacement lead, or
A refund, at our discretion.

5.2. Rejected (Lead Valid)
If the Lead is found to contain working contact details or does not meet invalid criteria, the request will be rejected and no credit or refund will be issued.
5.3. Manual Review Required
Some claims require additional investigation. In such cases, you will be notified and updated once a decision has been finalised.

6. Misuse of the Refund System
6.1. Submitting repeated or unjustified refund claims may affect your account standing.
6.2. LeadsForTrade reserves the right to suspend or disable supplier accounts in cases of misuse, fraud, or bad-faith refund activity.
